Kids & Company was born from a real dilemma: where could working parents find child care that was both flexible and exceptional? In 2002, when Victoria Sopik (a mother of eight) and Jennifer Nashmi (a mother of three) couldn’t find what they needed, and knew they weren’t alone — they built it themselves.
What started as a personal solution has grown into a national leader in corporate-sponsored child care and family caregiving benefits. Today, Kids & Company operates more than 100 child care centres across Canada, offering innovative, high-quality care that adapts to the ever-changing needs of modern families and workplaces.
