Palwinder Kaur
My name is Palwinder Kaur, and I am the Centre Director at Kids & Company’s Cambie location. I hold my ECE/IT/SNE certificate. With a deep passion of my education, I am dedicated to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. I strongly believe in the power of play-based learning and in giving children the freedom to explore, express themselves, and develop independence. My approach combines warmth, structure, and curiosity—caring for children like a mother and teaching like a teacher. With several years of experience working with children of various ages, I strive to build strong relationships with families and educators. I value open communication, partnership, and consistency in supporting each child’s unique developmental journey. At our Cambie centre, my goal is to lead a team that fosters joyful learning, meaningful connections, and a positive, collaborative community for children, families, and staff.
