Zeinab Hajraf
My name is Zeinab Hajraf, and I am the Centre Director at Kids & Company Eagleson. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with over 15 years of experience working with children. Growing up, I cared for all of my siblings, which inspired my passion for supporting children’s growth and led me to pursue formal education in early childhood. At Kids & Company, I love watching children learn new skills each day and thrive in a nurturing environment. I enjoy connecting with the children, hearing about their day, and celebrating the moments they enjoyed the most.

Renae Excell
My name is Renae Excell, and I am the Co-Director at Kids & Company Eagleson. I joined Kids & Company in May 2024 and bring over 10 years of experience in childcare to our centre. With a strong educational foundation in early childhood education, I am passionate about creating positive, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn each day. I love working at Kids & Company because of our strong sense of teamwork, the supportive atmosphere, and the organization’s commitment to high-quality care and continuous growth. Our Eagleson location is especially unique for its warm, welcoming environment and the strong relationships we build with families. We take pride in offering inviting learning spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and meaningful connections. I am proud to help lead a team that celebrates each child’s individuality and supports their growth from the moment they walk through our doors.
