Meet the Director

Alyssa Modugno

My name is Alyssa Vulcano, and I am the Centre Director at Little Willows Lougheed by Kids & Company. I have been working in child care for over 12 years, and I am deeply passionate about supporting children and families during these important early years. I believe the early years are a crucial time in a child’s development. What happens during this stage lays the foundation for how children learn, build relationships, and see themselves. I also understand how meaningful it is for families to have a childcare provider who is warm, understanding, and confident. That sense of trust and support helps both children and families feel safe, valued, and empowered, and being able to provide that is something I care about deeply. What I love most about working at Kids & Company is the opportunity to grow and learn every day while making a real difference in children’s lives. It is incredibly rewarding to work alongside people who genuinely care about the well-being of children and share the same passion for providing the best possible care and support. Being part of a team that holds those values makes the work truly meaningful and inspiring.
