I am Sandra Alao, Centre Director at Kids & Company Oakville Cornwall. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with over 20 years of experience in child care, including 10 years with Kids & Company. As a mother of six, I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where every child feels valued and confident, and about supporting children, families, and educators. I value Kids & Company’s strong sense of community and commitment to enriched learning, family partnerships, and continuous improvement.
