Tanisha Williams
My name is Tanisha Williams, and I am the Centre Director at Kids & Company’s St. Dominic location. I hold a Level 2 ECE certificate and have been working in child care for 14 years. I truly love being part of each child’s learning journey. Knowing that I can support, guide, and encourage them as they grow is incredibly rewarding. Being present for those “something new” moments and seeing the excitement in their eyes is such a wonderful feeling. Throughout my time at Kids & Company, I have received exceptional guidance that has supported both my professional and personal growth. The opportunities I have been given to step into new roles have made me feel like a valued member of the team and have allowed me to continue developing my skills. Our amazing location is right inside the school, which allows us to build strong relationships with the principal and teachers. We also enjoy access to the school’s playground and field, giving us plenty of opportunities for outdoor exploration and adventure.
