I am Stephanie Ferreira, Centre Director at Kids & Company Waterdown and a Registered Early Childhood Educator since 2009. With over eight years of experience in child care, I am passionate about the important role early childhood education plays in children’s development. As Centre Director and Junior Area Director, I take pride in supporting high-quality programs, maintaining compliance, and ensuring safe, nurturing learning environments across sites. I value Kids & Company’s commitment to consistent standards, professional development, and collaboration, and I find it deeply rewarding to contribute to positive outcomes for children, families, and educators.
