Meet the Director
Abby Cadieux
My name is Abby Cadieux and I am the Director at the Kids & Company Whitby centre. I have been in the child care field for over 20 years and am a recipient of an Early Childhood Education degree. Parents sometimes ask when I knew I wanted to be a child care professional. When I was a small child I always set up my bedroom like a classroom. I had all of my dolls and stuffed animals set up in chairs, ready to learn. I guess it’s easy to see why I chose this career! Beyond the world of child care, I have two school age children – Brady and Brooke – who keep my husband and I busy with swimming, gymnastics and hockey. When I’m not at an arena or pool, I enjoy playing baseball and curling. I also enjoy being at the cottage relaxing. Now that you know a bit about me, I’d love to meet you!Please come take a tour and see everything Whitby has to offer.
