Victoria Sopik is a visionary entrepreneur, industry disruptor, and passionate advocate for working families. As CEO and Co-Founder of Kids & Company, she has fundamentally reshaped the child care landscape in North America. A trailblazer with over three decades of leadership in the sector, Victoria has not only built a thriving business but revolutionized how organizations support working parents. She is widely recognized as one of the foremost authorities in early childhood education and workplace support for parents.
An entrepreneur before it was mainstream, especially for women, Victoria built her company relying on grit, instinct, and an unwavering commitment to her vision. She leads with a “no regrets” philosophy; make hard decisions, own the outcomes, and grow from every success and failure. She’s a firm believer in sweating the small stuff; when it comes to caring for children, details absolutely matter.
Victoria brings a unique depth of insight into the needs of working parents, having been one herself as a mother to eight (and now grandmother to many more). Her personal and professional journeys have always been closely aligned, fueling a truly purpose-led organization focused on helping working families function.

A Note from Victoria
As a mother of eight and an entrepreneur, I’ve always known that balancing work and family isn’t easy. It’s a challenge that sparked the idea for Kids & Company — a vision to help working families like mine by providing high-quality child care that supports both personal and professional success.
We launched Kids & Company as a corporate-sponsored child care solution, offering employees reliable, top-tier care so they could focus on their careers without the worry. That vision has shaped Kids & Company into what it is today: a leading provider of early education and family caregiving solutions, with over 100 child care locations across Canada. For parents and organizations alike, we’re here to ensure that families are supported in the ways that matter most.
As Kids & Company continues to grow, so does my family. I am a proud grandmother to 17 grandbabies! It’s a reminder to me every day of the importance of what we do here at Kids & Company.
If you’re looking for a child care provider that understands the needs of working families, or you’re an employer seeking to offer the best benefits to your employees, we’re here for you.
Warm regards,
Victoria Sopik
