Vibrant Vegetarian Meals

Kool Korean Beans

Serves: 6 portions

Recipe Time: 20 minutes

What you need

  • 1 Tbsp Veggie Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  • 3 Cup Bean
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce

What you do

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Heat veggie oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion and cook until onion is translucent.
  4. Add beans to pan and cook until slightly browned.
  5. While are beans are cooking, combine soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl.
  6. Pour sauce mixture and tomato sauce over beans and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve on top of rice.
