Sweet Potato Mash

What you need

• 4 lbs Sweet Potato, Peeled and Diced
• 6 Tbsp Butter
• 1/2 Cup Milk

What you do

1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
2. Preheat oven to 350F.
3. In a large pot cover sweet potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Drain and add butter and milk while mashing.
5. Bake sweet potatoes in oven for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
